For adults traveling without children, our keyed-access concierge level offers accommodations enhanced with genteel extras like evening turndown service, comfortable bathrobes, the daily newspaper, morning coffee in the garden (depending on the season), a later checkout time, and use of the private rooftop sundeck and spa. All guests are welcome to enjoy a soak in the heated indoor-outdoor spa pool, located just off the lobby. Boardwalk Plaza Hotel is a delightful place to stay. The service levels are professional and above expectations. The Victorian atmosphere is done well and with a lot of attention to detail. The parrots in the lobby make it fun. Our room was very clean, and well attended by staff. They knock on our door in the evening to wish us a good night, nice touch. We were here during the St Patrick Day weekend and they adorned the lobby in subtle way to celebrate that. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because the Keurig coffee machine in my room did not work, too complicated for a foggy morning brain. I would definitely come back here and highly recommend this place.

My family and I always have an amazing time at the Boardwalk Plaza. On our most recent visit, one member of their staff, Kathy, went above and beyond to help us get a sports game on the TV in their pub and made it a great experience for us. Thanks Boardwalk Plaza!

Had a great stay December 1/2nd. Staff was perfect and accommodating from making reservations in the phone to our check in. Front desk concierge when we arrived was warm and welcoming even going above and beyond to give our young son toys and a kite. The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas and the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Parking was free and easy to access and the hotels location and views were stunning.
