I thought they forgot my fries with my crab cake sandwich order and they said it doesn’t come with fries or cole slaw when you order to go it’s “a la carte”. This was after taking my order to my car, checking my order and realizing they forgot the crab cake entirely. I had to walk back in to mention it and the crab cake was still in the oven. When they put it together I noticed they didn’t give me fries. That’s when they mentioned the a la carte bs. I placed the order on the phone after looking at the menu and it didn’t mention anything about a la carte.

I even checked the website before posting this to see if the crab cake sandwich comes with a side when you order online and it does give you the option to add fries for no extra charge. Besides that, if it’s a la carte and someone orders a sandwich why wouldn’t they ask if I wanted to add a side? Wouldn’t that be the smart thing to do to maybe get a better tip and to help the restaurant make more money? I’m a restaurant manager and this lack of transparency is ridiculous.

Why did I pay $23 for the crab cake sandwich when that’s the same price as if I sat down in the restaurant and got the fries and cole slaw? An a la carte menu should be cheaper than getting a meal am I wrong?

Not only that but the crab cake was literally 2.9 ounces. A crab cake sandwich should be at least 4 to 6 ounces. This is a total rip off. I will never order form this place again,

this place was awesome. nachos were bomb. brisket burger was probably the best burger i’ve ever had. crab dip was good. fries were great. our server, Jenn, was very attentive, despite the restaurant being busy. she took good care of us and had such a fun vibe. was about a 25 minute wait for 3 of us around 8pm, not a bad idea to make a reservation but not needed! love love love it. will definitely be back for another burger.

This was the fam's first time here. My brother in law goes weekly. The crushes were good, and I had the best quesdilla arguably so far. The BBQ Brisket Quesdilla is the bomb. Everything was delicious.
